Clarissa

You’d be hard pressed to find a more suitable candidate for being the first and last person a client sees during their visit than Clarissa. As floor manager for the salon, she’s ground zero for making sure that everything, and everyone, is in its right place. 

She’s a hybrid of sorts, as her first role in the salon was as an assistant to a stylist. When the opportunity arose to run the front desk, she grabbed it and has never looked back. In fact, it’s more like full speed ahead. Turns out her knack with numbers, computers and people comes in handy when you’re the point person for a busy salon.

It’s all about patterns for Clarissa, whether they’re found in the complex braids she loves to do or the clockwork precision of a salon running smoothly in top gear.
