As an assistant, Sydney is busy learning everything she can about colouring, cutting, texturing, and making a client feel beautiful and special.
One of her earliest inspirations was her mom, who – aside from being courageous in her own personal appearance – introduced her to the new wave stylings of Vivian Westwood. It was through this that she came to understand the power of bold choices and the confidence that’s required to be a true individual.
These role models, combined with the talented stylists surrounding her at Salon Cyan, have given her a newfound respect and excitement for the effect that her work will have on people’s lives and self confidence.
